macmac returns policy
Whether you have changed your mind or made a mistake, you can exchange your t-shirt or receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Just return the item to us ‘as new’ (i.e. unworn and unwashed) and with its invoice. It should be noted we will not pay shipping charges for the return of the goods.
As we all know mistakes can happen (even by MacMac Clothing). If we have sent you the wrong t-shirt please return the item (unworn and unwashed) with its invoice and a written description of the error. Depending on your instructions we will either send you a full refund or replacement within 14 days. All additional shipping costs incurred by you will be covered by us.
When returning goods please always use the Royal Mail recorded delivery service and keep the receipt for your records. By using this service, the parcel gets allocated a tracking number and means we can investigate a lost item. It also guarantees you compensation from Royal Mail if the parcel never gets found.
Please note: if the returned items do not reach us and you have not used recorded delivery or kept a copy of the postage receipt then we CANNOT refund the cost of the goods. It may sound harsh but proof of postage is compulsory.
