what methods of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. For those of you who would prefer not to pay via plastic can of course send us a cheque. Please send it with your order details to our postal address.
It should be noted all payments by cheque will result in a slower delivery as we have to wait for the funds to fully clear in our bank before we can send out any goods.
is it safe to use my credit/debit card online with MacMac Clothing?
We use Protx to handle our online payments, they are experts in the secure payment field and are used by thousands of online retailers across the UK. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption when taking payment. This is done to prevent the data being visible to anyone else when in transit between your computer and our servers. When this process is in occurrence you will notice a small padlock symbol in the status bar of your web browser.
It should also be noted that all sensitive information submitted via the website is protected both on and offline.
i'm not sure if my order went through, how do i find out?
Once a payment has been taken you will automatically receive an email from us confirming your order and receipt of purchase. If no email is received please contact us and we will investigate.
can i cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if it has not already been processed so if you want to cancel please get in touch with us via email as soon as possible. If we have already despatched the goods it will have to be treated as a return, please see our returns policy.

how much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs are a big fat zero. All items are sent out FREE.
how quickly will i receive my macmac t-shirt?
We hold all items in stock and don't make you wait a couple of weeks like some online retailers. We aim to despatch within 2 working days.
All orders are sent via 1st Class post. This can take between 1-3 days to be with you but most arrive within 1-2 days, so if you ordered your t-shirt on a Tuesday you should be wearing it by Friday.
how do i know if my t-shirt has been despatched?
We update all customers via email to let them know when to expect their order. If you have not heard from us within 3 working days of placing your order then please contact us

how do i know if a t-shirt is in stock?
Our policy is very simple, if you can see a t-shirt on the website it is in stock and ready to be purchased.
how are the t-shirts printed?
The t-shirts are printed using the highest quality heat transfer printing.
where does my donation get spent?
MacMac Clothing has carefully selected who it donates to, so the money is spent in the best possible way. We like to keep all customers fully informed of where the donated money ends up so have set-up a conservation area with regular updates and pictures. To view please click here
can you custom print a design for me?
We only sell the designs listed in our online shop, we do not custom print to order. However if you have a design of an animal not featured on the site and would like to put it forward for our consideration then please email it to info@macmacclothing.co.uk
